Welcome to the website of Divine Light Consulting Services Private Limited. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Engagement

Divine Light provides manpower supply, security guarding, housekeeping, technical facility maintenance, payroll governance and direct/indirect taxation consulting under mutually agreed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).

2. Statutory & Minimum Wage Compliance

All commercial proposals, manpower deployments and invoicing are strictly governed by current central and state Minimum Wages notifications, the EPF & MP Act 1952, ESI Act 1948, CLRA Act 1970 and the Goods & Services Tax (GST) Act.

3. Quotations & Cost Estimations

Calculations provided via our online Manpower Estimator are indicative and subject to exact site survey, shift configurations, risk assessment and state wage gazette applicability.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all contractual engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
